Assaf Gad

Assaf is heading the strategy and partnerships at Intuition Robotics. Assaf has vast experience to solve consumer needs by combining creative thinking, technology and commercial understanding in the real-world challenges. Through the use of compelling storytelling, Assaf connects the dots between technology and users, showing how user experience, innovative technologies, and consumer brands are all part of the same ecosystem and can rise to new heights when provided the means to draw on each other's strengths.

Assaf has over 15 years of senior management experience in marketing, product management, business development and user experience, with a focus on consumer electronics and mobile. Prior to Intuition Robotics, Assaf led the marketing and strategic partnerships at Audioburst. In addition to his role at Audioburst, Assaf also serves as a mentor for early-stage companies at Techstars Barclays Accelerator in Tel-Aviv. In 2014 Assaf served as the VP Marketing of N-trig, which was acquired by Microsoft, heading the product management, marketing and business development activities of the company. Prior to N-trig, Assaf served as CMO at PointGrab Ltd., a leading provider of IoT smart sensors for the building automation industry. Assaf has also led product management and marketing teams at Powermat Technologies, modu Mobile, and Telmap Ltd. (acquired by Intel).

Assaf holds a BSc. in Computer Science from The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
