Becca Davison is Co-Founder and CEO of UnbuckleMe, an innovative, patented tool that makes it easy for adults to unbuckle a child's car seat. Becca is passionate about entrepreneurship and launched her business in partnership with her mother, Barbara Heilman, who is an Occupational Therapist and founding member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT). Barbara invented UnbuckleMe to solve her own problem with CMC joint arthritis, and Becca successfully brought the product to market. Becca and Barbara pitched UnbuckleMe on ABC's Shark Tank this past May and received offers from all 5 sharks. Becca has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and has worked for 10+ years in management consulting for Fortune 500 companies. In 2019, Becca launched RK Davison Consulting to expand her consulting services to help aspiring entrepreneurs in all phases of launching product-based businesses. Becca is also a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and volunteers locally with hospital injury prevention teams to help parents and caregivers properly install and operate child car seats.
