
Dr. Deborah Bolding

Deborah Bolding, PhD, OTR/L, FAOTA, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at San José State University (SJSU). She also works in the Farewell to Falls Program, part of the community-based Injury Prevention Program at Stanford Healthcare. Dr. Bolding has co-authored an article about falls in the geriatric patient, and research interests include aging on the go (inclusive of safety and mobility in the home and local and global communities. She is a member of the Center for Healthy Aging in Multicultural Populations (SJSU), and previously served on San José’s Age-Friendly Cities Advisory Council.
