Shahrose Aratia

MScOT

Shahrose graduated from the MScOT program at the University of Toronto in Canada in November 2020. As a student, Shahrose co-founded OTech Canada, a student group which focuses on engaging future OTs in conversations about assistive and rehabilitation technologies and enabling them to become active contributors to the dialogue in this technological revolution. Throughout her academic careeer, her interest in rehab tech has led her to purse opportunities in academic research and industry settings on local and international levels. As a new grad, Shahrose recently transitioned into a Clinical Specialist role at Cala Health, a bioelectronic company in the Bay Area. She focuses on conducting clinical trials and enjoys the direct client interaction this opportunity gives her. She can't wait to meet you all at the Rehab Tech Summit!
